Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, accessing Synomila, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Synomila on behalf of a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. Synomila may require email verification, payment information, or other account details before enabling some features.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must not share access in a way that avoids account, profile, billing, or security controls.
Billing and profile slots
Synomila requires an active account subscription before account tools, media storage, publishing, and profile workflows are available. The account subscription includes the first active profile slot.
Additional profile slots may be added as subscription add-ons. Each additional slot supports one extra active profile. Shared editor access to another person's profile does not count as an owned profile for your account.
Subscriptions, renewals, payment collection, invoices, and payment methods are handled by Stripe. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and available plans may change over time.
If a payment fails, is cancelled, or a subscription becomes inactive, Synomila may restrict creation, management, or use of paid features until billing is resolved.
Profiles, media, and content
You retain responsibility for profile information, uploaded media, publishing settings, captions, schedules, and any other content you add to Synomila.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, publish, schedule, or otherwise use content through the service, including any music, likeness, brand, product, AI, and commercial-content disclosures required for the platforms you choose.
Linked social platforms
Synomila can connect to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat, Threads, TikTok, and X where you explicitly authorise an integration.
Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, policies, API restrictions, review processes, rate limits, and availability. Synomila is not responsible for changes made by those platforms.
When you publish to TikTok through Synomila, you are responsible for reviewing the selected visibility, interaction settings, commercial content disclosure, AI-generated content disclosure, caption, media, and schedule before publishing. TikTok may restrict public posting, require API client audits, impose creator or posting caps, or reject content under its own policies.
When you publish to Snapchat through Synomila, you are responsible for reviewing the selected media, description, schedule, and account before publishing. Snapchat Public Profile API access may require Snap allowlisting, API review, media encryption, rate limits, content review, and approval under Snap's own policies.
Acceptable use
You must not use Synomila to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service;
- misrepresent identities, brands, ownership, or permissions;
- circumvent billing, security, rate limits, or access controls;
- send spam or abuse third-party platform integrations.
Service availability and changes
Synomila may change, improve, pause, or remove features as the product develops. Maintenance mode may temporarily limit access to the app while updates are deployed.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Synomila does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continued availability of every integration.
Suspension and termination
Synomila may suspend or terminate access if an account breaches these terms, creates security risk, causes operational harm, or uses the service unlawfully.
You may stop using Synomila at any time. Account deletion and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
